Fabric & Material Sourcing
The right product starts with the right material. We source fabrics, trims and components through our established network of mills and suppliers, balancing design intent, performance quality and commercial requirements.
Technical Development & Fitting
A well-made garment depends on getting the details right before production begins. We work through fit, construction, measurments and finishing with both client and manufacturer, resolving technical points through the sampling and approval process.
Production Management
Once production begins, we coordinate closely with our manufacturing partners to keep every order on track. We follow timelines, approvals and production progress throughout the process, identifying and resolving issues before they affect the final result and delivery schedule.
Quality Control
Quality monitored throughout the production cycle, not only at the final inspection. We check workmanship, measurments, finishing and consistency at key stages, addressing issues during production rather than waiting until the order is complete.
Logistics & Delivery
Our responsibility continues beyond the factory door. We coordinate shipment requirements, documentation and delivery with the relevant partners, following each order through to its destination and remaining available to support our clients after delivery.
