Technical Fitting
Even if we are the one who makes the collection or sampling, we make a size set or PPS , depending on the need of the client, to approve the technical fitting, and then we proceed to the production.
Quality Control
We run 4 inspections from the time the orders are placed to the time of the delivery.
Fabric Inspection is, where the fabric is throughly inspected as it reaches the production facilities
Initital inspection, we do this inspection after the first 10-50 pieces (depending on the total order quantity) are made and at this point we explain all packing instructions and other requirements of our clients.
In-line Inspection, it is done when 50% of the order has come off the machines and are waiting to be packed. During this inspection, we pack the first box based on the client’s specifications.
Final Inspection, this assures us that the order placed is complete and is actually ready and in suitable condition to travel.
